Amenities & Facilities

Below you will find listings for a few of the Amenities and Facilities managed by the Fairfield Bay Community Club’s Recreation Department.

  • Swimming Pools

  • The Fairfield Bay Community Club manages several swimming pools, just ask for directions when you arrive.

    Open Play / Tournaments

  • Picnic and Playground Areas

    We have multiple areas with Grills, Picnic Tables and Playground equipment that will accommodate your family or group. Some of these areas include:

  • Across from Miniature Golf Course at Woodland Mead Park.
  • At the Tennis Center

  • Bay View Point

    Located between the Bay View Club and Tennis Center) and the Pavilion at Woodland Mead Park will accommodate large groups and are great for parties and family reunions. Reservations are required for these two facilities and should be made with the Recreation Department at 884-6008.

    • For members, a fully refundable deposit of $25.00 is required when making reservations.

  • Miniature Golf (Adults $5.00 Child $4.00)

    Weekly Passes are available for timeshare guests at our newly-renovated miniature golf course.

    • Family Mini Golf Pass $50.00/Week
    • Couple Mini Golf Pass $20.00/Week

  • Woodland Mead Park

    Playground, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, Basketball, Sand Volleyball (game equipment may be checked out at the park cabana. Basketballs/volleyball available in equipment box by courts)

  • Fun In Your Home

    Check out  board games, movies or cards for all ages at the Recreation Office for an afternoon or evening of family fun in your condo.

  • Nintendo Wii
  • Play the Nintendo Wii System at the Recreation office or rent it for the day or overnight in your condo. Games include Wii Sports, Wii Play, Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus, Shaun White Snowboarding Road Trip, Six Flags Fun Park and Guitar Hero World Tour.

$5.00/hour to play in the Recreation Office

$20.00 day rental 10:30am-4:30pm

$30.00 overnight rental 5:00pm-10:00am

(Credit Card Required for day and overnight rental & includes choice of 4 games)

  • Fairfield Bay Marina

    The Fairfield Bay Marina is located on Greers Ferry Lake, adjacent to the Campgrounds, and offers Boat Rentals, Fishing Tackle, Snacks & Refreshments, T-shirts, Hats, and Souvenirs.  Seasonal cruises are also provided, for additional information, please call 884.6030.  You can also find the Fairfield Bay Marina online at: http://fairfieldbaymarina.com

  • Indian Hills Golf Course & Country Club

  • Bay View Club & Grill (Formerly the Racquet Club)
